Cancellation & Refund Policy

TipperChat believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• No cancellations will be considered after placing the tip. However, the cancellation request may be entertained if the payment has failed or declined by the streamer in any scenario.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the TipperChat, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
